Money-back guarantee

This page is the official explanation of the terms of the money-back guarantee within our community.

The guarantee is built on a simple principle: If you follow the whole process, use all the available resources and still don't get a result, you're entitled to a refund.

In this case, the minimum result (success) is defined as: earning back your investment in the community + at least USD 100 in net profit.

Process

Conditions for claiming the guarantee

CONDITION 1

Creating the model

  • Generating your own AI model following the methods in the community.
CONDITION 2

Setting up accounts the right way

  • Creating social media accounts (Instagram, Threads) following the recommended process.
  • Accounts must not be created on a personal device.
  • The process must be verifiable.
CONDITION 3

Activity on Threads

  • Publishing at least 25 posts.
  • The content must have the potential to reach an audience.
CONDITION 4

Activity on Instagram

  • At least:
  • 25 Reels
  • 10 posts
  • The content must be high quality and free of mistakes.
CONDITION 5

Basic profile growth

  • At least 100 followers on Instagram.
CONDITION 6

Monetization setup

  • Fanvue or a Telegram funnel + Fanvue
  • Active for at least 14 days
  • At least 10 posts
CONDITION 7

Communication and sales

  • At least 15 users
  • Replies to people that show you genuinely tried to sell something. (Of course we realize this is individual, but sell according to the guide in the group, and if it doesn't work out, we won't argue about it – we'll simply refund your money.)

Assessment of evidence

If the evidence provided is not clear, complete and verifiable, or if it cannot be clearly shown that it belongs to the Buyer and was created in line with the process described in the community, the Seller, as the owner of the product, reserves the right to assess individually whether the conditions of the guarantee have been met and to decide whether a right to a refund has arisen.

If not, the guarantee protects you: after a simple exchange of messages, I, Tomáš Ižvolt, commit that everyone who buys my product, follows the prescribed process in the group and meets the conditions of the money-back guarantee will get their money back.
